You may cancel your order before it starts being prepared by contacting us at 0 543 193 54 49 or via WhatsApp; the full amount you paid will be refunded. Cancellations cannot be accepted once the bouquet has started being prepared.
If the product you receive is damaged, incomplete or does not match your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery, together with a photo of the product. If the problem is confirmed, the product will be replaced with a new one or your payment will be refunded.
As flowers are perishable goods, they are excluded from the scope of the right of withdrawal (Distance Contracts Regulation — Mesafeli Sözleşmeler Yönetmeliği, Article 15).
Refunds are made via PayTR to the card you used for payment. The time it takes for the amount to reach your account depends on your bank.
