Personal data processed

• Identity and contact details: full name, phone number, email address.
• Delivery details: the recipient’s name, phone number and address, delivery date and time, card message.
• Order and transaction details: order contents, amount, payment status, IP address.

Your card details are not processed or stored on our website; payment is taken on the secure payment page of PayTR, a licensed payment institution.

Purposes of processing

• Receiving, preparing and delivering your order,
• Collecting payment and handling refund procedures,
• Communicating with you and the recipient regarding your order,
• Fulfilling invoicing, accounting and other legal obligations.

Legal grounds

Your data is processed on the grounds set out in Article 5(2) of the Law: (c) the establishment and performance of a contract, (ç) compliance with a legal obligation, and (f) legitimate interest.

Transfers

Your data may be transferred, strictly limited to the purposes above, to PayTR Ödeme ve Elektronik Para Kuruluşu A.Ş. for payment, to the persons whose courier services we use for delivery, to our hosting service provider, and, upon request, to authorized public authorities and institutions.

Method of collection

Your data is collected electronically through the order form, WhatsApp, telephone and email.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the right to learn whether your data is processed, to request information, to request rectification or erasure of your data, to know the third parties to whom it has been transferred, to object, and to claim compensation for damages.
